Exercise Classes

Classes Incorporate strength and cardiovascular training, injury prevention, recovery and core strength. 30-minute classes incorporating body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga balls and trx exercises. Fun, fast, and efficient for all fitness levels in ages!

12:15 Monday – Friday

Monday: Core strength & recovery

Tuesday: Toning (Upper body)

Wednesday: Core strength & recovery
