We've been enjoying the beautiful weather and taking advantage of it by moving our group training classes outside! It’s great to work out outside in the fresh air and beautiful sunsets (sunrises for our morning group). If you're looking for a fun and challenging workout in a group environment, please consider taking one of our classes. There is no cost to join - you pay on a monthly basis. Your first class is FREE!
